Shipping policy

In-stock wholesale orders ship from Owings Mills, Maryland, within 1–3 business days. Orders placed through Faire follow Faire's shipping policies.

Processing Time

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received or Net 30 terms are approved. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Ship dates are estimates, and processing may take longer during peak seasons.

Carriers

We ship most orders by UPS or FedEx. Large orders may ship by LTL freight. We choose the carrier based on order size, weight, and destination.

Where We Ship

We ship to business addresses within the United States, and internationally.

We can email tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Costs

All orders ship FOB Owings Mills, Maryland. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

Freight is charged at cost on every order unless a written agreement says otherwise. We do not offer free freight thresholds, and we do not charge handling fees.

Backorders

If part of your order is out of stock, we ship the available items and backorder the rest. Backordered items ship as they arrive, and freight is charged on each shipment. Let us know if you'd rather cancel backordered items.

Trade Show Orders

Orders placed at trade shows ship on the date you request. If no date is given, they ship within our normal processing time.

Drop Shipping

We do not drop ship to your customers. All orders ship to your business address.

Damage and Shortages

Report any damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery, with photos and your order number. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Freight Deliveries

Inspect freight shipments before signing. Note any visible damage or carton count discrepancies on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Signing without noting damage may limit our ability to recover from the carrier.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned because of an incorrect address, any refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping. Please double-check your shipping address when ordering.
